My name is Brian Koch, my family and I live near Wharton, Texas in Southeast Texas, near Houston. My wife and I currently have 5 children and are raising chickens for meat and eggs, turkeys and vegetables using Regenerative Agriculture principles, to help rebuild our soils. Our goal is to raise healthy, nutrient dense food, while building an authentic Christian community, built on Catholic principles.
